I bought one of your mattress, the best they had in about 2006. About a year later it was replaced because my side sank way down. The new one smelled like it had been stored in a damp ware house. The smell lasted for about a year. We ask about it and were told it was normal. Our first one had a little smell at first but only lasted for a couple of weeks. The new one began to sink right away. They did nothing about it. I had them look at it again about two months ago, nothing. I am about to burn it and buy a different mattress. We loved it a first and told a lot of folks about it. I do put out a lot of heat at night and I weigh 200lbs. At first I would wake up with no back ache, not any more. What should I do?? Thank you. Jerry Dove
